Eric Kafui Dzandu is the founder and CEO of MyCAS Technologies. He is a creative individual who is bursting to break out and do great things in the world and is responsible for driving the vision and business strategies for the company. He is just being infinitely curious and insatiably generating ideas in different sectors and industries; that’s diverse ways of doing things due to his diverse educational backgrounds, work experiences as well as exposures.
Eric has over 10 years operational as well as managerial work experience in contract administration, managing higher education, lecturing and capacity building, managing collaborative relationships, operational and strategic planning. He has a diversified experience in geology, telecommunication/customer service, oil and gas with a sound understanding of oil and gas value chain, key legal and contractual issues arising in the global oil and gas industry in particular, mineral and energy issues in general.
Eric holds an LLM Oil and Gas Law (with Distinction) from the Robert Gordon University in UK, MBA in management from Central University Graduate School of Business and BSc Geology from University of Ghana, Legon. He also holds certificates in Health and Safety Management and Management of Occupational Health; Safety and Environmental Risk in the Oil and Gas Industry from the Institute for Professional and Executive Development (IPED)-UK. He is also a professional member and holds an Independent Instructor license from IPED-UK and administers IPED professional programmes for IPED Examination and Certification.
Eric love to take part in Church and other Christian activities and programmes when not teaching or writing some report or working on some official documents.
Due to her high interest in identifying options for organizations and helping with resources generally to implement solutions; Natural Resources& Energy Management, Market Research as well as International Policy Development are her most substantial areas apart from Service and International Marketing.
She served as the Welfare Committee Chairperson for BAMSA (UPSA) during 2008/2009 academic year.In 2014, she was employed as the Marketing Executive for Pikof Ghana Limited, the only locally established bricks producing company in Ghana. Lydia after some time, moved to Energy Media Group to work as a Research Associate with duties ranging from general energy related research to proposal development. She later had an appointment as an Adjunct Lecturer at BlueCrest University College to teach Oil and Gas Marketing, Logistics and Distribution Management, and Consumer Behaviour & Market Research. In 2017, she served as the Personal Assistant to the Chairperson for Human Resource/Remuneration, Ghana Commercial Bank and a Member of the Board of Directors for the Ministry of Special Development and Initiative. She is currently a Market Research Executive for GOIL Company Limited PLC.
She holds a Master of Laws (Specialising in Energy Law and Policy) from University of Dundee, UK and BSc. Marketing from University of Professional Studies, Accra-Ghana. She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), UK and a Graduate member of the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, Dundee-UK.
Serving as the Marketing manager for MYCASTech is therefore an extension of her desire to utilize her analytical and detail-oriented skills to help the company grow.
Ken Onasanya- Business Strategist, Managing Partner is an experienced business transformation/ organizational capacity development expert. He trained as a pharmacist at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria as well as a master’s degree in Purchasing and supply chain management (with distinction) from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, UK, and a Certification in Health and Humanitarian Supply Chain from Georgia Tech Georgia, Atlanta, USA.
He is an internationally-acclaimed, professionally-certified procurement consultant with over 20 years’ experience in training and capacity development, international procurement and supply chain management. He is a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT UK), Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP, Canada) and Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS UK).Ebenezer Quashie – System Engineer, is an experienced software developer. He has developed many software both web and mobile app for companies in and outside Ghana to manage their businesses with ease.
He is a certified System Engineer from Microsoft. He holds HND in Information Systems from IPMC in year 2012. After completion in the year 2012, he served as Lecturer Assistant in IPMC for three good years. In the year 2015 to 2017, He worked with IBM Ghana as MIS(Management Information Systems) Officer.
He holds Certification in Quality Management Systems(ISO 9001:2015) from PECB(Professional Evaluation and Certification Board) in the year 2018. He has been trained as Database Administrator/programmer and Computer Hardware/Networking engineer from Missionsoft Programming Institute in the year 2009 to 2012. He has expertise in graphic design. He worked as software Engineer for SunnyTechSystems from 2017 to 2020.
Serving as Digital and Technology officer at MYCASTech is to bring his many years of expertise to boost the company to stay up to date in Technologies and develop reliable systems for its clients.
