Due to her high interest in identifying options for organizations and helping with resources generally to implement solutions; Natural Resources& Energy Management, Market Research as well as International Policy Development are her most substantial areas apart from Service and International Marketing.
She served as the Welfare Committee Chairperson for BAMSA (UPSA) during 2008/2009 academic year.In 2014,
she was employed as the Marketing Executive for Pikof Ghana Limited, the only locally established bricks producing
company in Ghana. Lydia after some time, moved to Energy Media Group to work as a Research Associate with duties ranging
from general energy related research to proposal development. She later had an appointment as an Adjunct Lecturer at
BlueCrest University College to teach Oil and Gas Marketing, Logistics and Distribution Management, and Consumer
Behaviour & Market Research. In 2017, she served as the Personal Assistant to the Chairperson for
Human Resource/Remuneration, Ghana Commercial Bank and a Member of the Board of Directors for the Ministry of Special Development and Initiative. She is currently a Market Research Executive for GOIL Company Limited PLC.
She holds a Master of Laws (Specialising in Energy Law and Policy) from University of Dundee, UK and BSc. Marketing from University of Professional Studies, Accra-Ghana. She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), UK and a Graduate member of the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, Dundee-UK.
Serving as the Marketing manager for MYCASTech is therefore an extension of her desire to utilize her analytical and detail-oriented skills to help the company grow.
